The clinic is a nurse led drop in clinic held once a week on alternate Fridays and Wednesdays term time only. The clinic is held on a Wednesday the clinic is held in the Bungalow at the High School and on Friday at the Collage in meeting room 2. The clinic takes place for 2 hours from the start of the lunch hour (1.30pm - 3:30pm). At the start of each term students will be informed of which room is available on which date.

The clinic Provides:

  • Free confidential pregnancy testing

  • First and ongoing prescription for contraceptive pill; combined pill and progesterone only pill.
  • Prescription for contraceptive injection -given by the nurse in the clinic

  • All of the nurses who run the clinic are female. If you wish to see a male practitioner there are 4 male GPs based at Fakenham surgery, who are available by appointment only 5 days a week Monday - Friday. There is a male youth worker based at Fakenham High School who also may be able to help.
