Holt & District Dementia Support is a local registered charity which provides a service hub for those with dementia, their carers and their families.
Their services include a weekly Poppy Café and fortnightly Poppy PM. Both offer opportunities for support and companionship in a safe, friendly and relaxed environment and take place in the Meeting Room at St. Andrew’s Church, Holt, NR25 6BB.
Poppy Café opens every Tuesday from 10:30 to12:30
Poppy PM is open on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month from 14:00 to 15:30
Their Poppy Home Visiting service provides respite for family members or carers who look after those with dementia in their own homes.
