Vaccination Updates & Fraud Alert (URGENT)
Vaccines:
Some patients may have received an NHS England message to book a Covid vaccine in error. Only the following groups are eligible this season:
- Care home residents (older adults)
- Adults aged 75+
- People aged 6 months+ who are immunosuppressed
We’re unable to vaccinate anyone outside these groups. Apologies for any confusion — this is beyond our control.
Fraud:
We have been made aware of an individual or organisation impersonating a GP practice and contacting local businesses to sell advertising space in a so-called “patient information booklet” allegedly produced on behalf of a GP practice.
Please note that Fakenham Medical Practice does not sell advertising space in any of our patient communication materials or publications.
